Why I do what I do!

It was really injury that led me to my work.  In my last two years of high school, I was competing at a high level in Triathlons and turning pro. A knee injury cut my career short, leading me into the Army where a heel injury and later, disc herniation almost did the same.  It turns out most of my injuries arose from the same postural imbalances and leg length differences... differences that could have been corrected had I known then what I know now.  This led me to corrective exercise and functional training and it just went from there. Pursuing, really chasing, more and better techniques (and the licenses required to do them!) to help patients as quickly as possible.

In teaching, I am passionate about sharing every ounce of my expertise and teaching new and innovative techniques to others through national and internationally seminars.  My mission is to help as many people as possible!

I have a wide variety of hobbies and interests including kayaking, fossil hunting, scuba, surfing, mountain biking, photography, weight training, golf and motorcycles.

Passionately pursuing my life's work has allowed me time to have fun and besides, since I love what I do, I feel that I never work a day!

US Army - The Old Guard

Being in the Old Guard taught me to be meticulous and detail oriented in everything that I do. It drove home the point that you should "walk the walk to talk the talk" both personally and in business. It was the foundation in making me the person that I am today.
